Rai Solo is the entry-level in-ear headphone in Meze Audio’s Rai Series, featuring a sturdy stainless steel shell, a refined dynamic driver and a design that’s suited for long-lasting comfort.
In developing the Rai Solo, Romanian-based audio brand Meze Audio aimed for a fun, neutral but well-refined and controlled sound signature. Each element of the Rai Solo in-ears – from design to driver technology – has been given fine attention to detail.
The entry-level Rai Solo features the same metal injection moulding technology found on the flagship Rai Penta headphones. This allows the in-ears to fit naturally in the ear, resulting in a highly durable and comfortable design for long listening sessions. The headphones come with a variety of eartips in different sizes to ensure you find the perfect fit.
Inside each Rai Solo in-ear headphone is a new unified pistonic motion driver with a wireless membrane, constructed so it doesn’t encounter any disturbance from wires. This results in an audio performance that has minimal distortion, a clear mid-range and outstanding reproduction of the low frequencies.
The rigid stainless steel chassis and specially conceived shell architecture of Rai Solo further dampens any vibration from the driver unit. This results in a cleaner audio quality with well-defined imaging. Additionally, the stainless steel surface of each earbud is individually hand-brushed by Meze Audio craftsmen.
Thanks to its low impedance and high sensitivity, Rai Solo works effortlessly with any device and you can discover its full potential by using a dedicated digital audio player or a DAC when connected to a smartphone or laptop.
